CLASS DESCRIPTION

Spinderella offers a wide range of Pole Dance, Exotic Dance, and Flexibility classes from complete beginner to expert levels. Our syllabus is updated periodically with new routines every term.

All of our courses run on a 8-week basis – 1 class per week, 1 hour per class. Each class begins with a comprehensive warm-up which includes stretching and strength-building exercises, followed by a detailed break-down of different pole tricks assigned to your level. Most of our courses are choreography-based, where you will learn 1 routine over the span of 2 months. At the end of each course, the 8th class turns into an in-house showcase where students are welcomed to invite friends and guests to watch their performances.

We offer an intimate class setting with 10 students per class, 1 pole per person.
